Target wanted to package the institutional knowledge it developed during the early phases of COVID-19 to share with businesses small and large as they planned to reopen.

How could we create a useful artifact that was intuitive and carried the hallmarks of the Target brand philosophy in a quick turn and highly-shareable format?

I led the team that developed a modular PDF containing contextual descriptions and uniquely oriented bilingual sign elements. Each actionable element was made easy to print, identify and display—no matter the kind of business or printer.
