Every project starts with a problem worth solving. Here’s what that looks like, without the names.

MOBILITY · CORPORATE NARRATIVE

Turning “mobility” from a buzzword into a position a company can own.

Every transportation services brand now calls itself a mobility company, which makes the word almost meaningless. Working with a partner agency, I led a strategy that combined stakeholder input, commissioned research and academic studies to define what mobility means to the people who use it, then turned that into a set of guiding truths, a customer journey the brand could own and a roadmap to future services.

CPG · SOCIAL INNOVATION

Teaching household brands to earn their place in online communities.

People trust each other's advice more than any brand's, especially on the everyday questions they bring to online communities. I led social strategy for a portfolio of household brands, testing how a brand can join community conversations credibly and turning what we learned into a playbook for useful brand participation.

COMMERCE AGENCY · BRAND POSITIONING

Giving a commerce agency one clear reason to hire it.

As brand, shopper, retail and technology blur together, agencies that do a little of everything struggle to say what they actually change for a client. I co-led the rebrand strategy with a longtime executive collaborator and wrote a proposition that connects creative ideas to retail execution and to the business results clients measure.

TELECOM · EXECUTIVE VISIBILITY

Making network modernization a boardroom conversation.

Technology decisions now shape entire industries, but the executives who have to lead those changes rarely hear them explained in terms they can act on. I developed a media intelligence framework to identify opportunities for executives to contribute meaningfully to industry conversations, translating those insights into editorial strategy, thought leadership and a roadmap for sustained visibility.

BEAUTY · AI SEARCH

Making a science-led brand’s proof show up in AI answers.

When people ask AI tools which products actually work, brands with strong evidence can still go missing from the answers. I developed an AI search strategy for the brand, assessing how its evidence appears in AI-generated answers and translating those findings into a roadmap for stronger visibility, credibility and discoverability.
